Look like your best day, every day.
Shoot four guided reference photos once. Photogenic locks your look — your face, your build, the scar over your eyebrow — and develops realistic AI photos of you in scenes worth swiping on: rooftops at golden hour, coastal terraces, summit ridges. About a minute per photo.
Pick a scene. Develop yourself into it.
Every example below is an AI render from the same four reference shots — the same synthetic model, one locked reference, three different lives.
How Photogenic works
A photographer would pose you, light you, and shoot for hours. Photogenic asks for four honest shots and does the rest.
Most profiles die on photos: old group shots, bathroom mirrors, one blurry vacation picture. Photogenic gives you a full, varied set — travel, social proof, hobbies — from one two-minute reference shoot.
The generation is instructed to keep every physical trait identical to your reference. Scenes, outfits, and lighting change. You don't.
One credit, one photo. Subscription credits renew each cycle; packs never expire. A failed render never costs a credit.
Honest about what this is.
Photogenic makes AI photos of you. We think that's a superpower for showing your real life at its best — and we're straight about it.
Every photo is generated from your reference. The app never claims they're camera photos, and our copy encourages using them honestly — as "me, on my best day", not a different person.
Original shots never leave your phone. One stitched reference image is sent per render and isn't stored after the photo comes back.
The scene library is fixed — there's no free-form prompt box, no way to generate other people, and no way to spend credits on anything but scenes of you.
Frequently asked questions
The details people ask before trusting an app with their face.
Are the photos real?
They are AI-generated photos of you, built from real reference photos you shoot in the app. Photogenic locks your physical details — face, hair, build — and only changes the scene, clothing, and lighting. We are honest about this everywhere: they are AI photos, and we encourage you to use them honestly.
Do my photos leave my phone?
Your original reference shots stay on your device. When you generate a photo, a single combined reference image is sent securely to our generation service for that render and is not stored afterwards.
How long does a photo take?
About a minute. The app shows honest, staged progress — reading your reference, composing the scene, matching the light, developing — while your photo renders.
How do credits work?
One credit develops one photo. Subscription credits renew each billing cycle — weekly gets 8 per week, monthly 20 per month, yearly 25 per month. Credit packs ($5.99 for 10, $12.99 for 25, $27.99 for 60) are one-time purchases that never expire. A failed render never costs a credit.
How much does Photogenic cost?
Photogenic is a paid subscription: $12.99 per week, $29.99 per month, or $149.99 per year — yearly includes the most photos per month at the lowest rate. There is no free trial. Subscriptions bill through your Apple ID and renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store settings.
What devices does Photogenic work on?
Photogenic is an iPhone app, designed for iPhone screens from the SE up to the largest Pro Max.
