Nine times out of ten this is the reference. Retake it in Settings → Retake reference photos: arm's-length framing, bright even light (face a window), no glasses or hats, neutral expression. A clean front and profile shot matter most.

Failed renders never cost a credit. Check your connection and try again; if a scene fails repeatedly, try another scene and tell us which one failed so we can fix it.
Subscription credits renew each billing cycle (weekly 8/week, monthly 20/month, yearly 25/month); pack credits never expire. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple — manage your subscription in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tap Restore Purchases in the app after a reinstall.
Everything lives on your device: delete the app and it's gone. We don't keep your reference or renders on our servers — details in the privacy policy.
