Photogenic generates AI photos of you from reference photos you provide, in scenes you choose from the app's library. Generated photos are AI images, not camera photographs, and the app presents them as such.

Terms of Use
By downloading or using Photogenic you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Photogenic offers auto-renewing subscriptions: $12.99 per week (8 photo credits per week), $29.99 per month (20 photo credits per month), and $149.99 per year (25 photo credits per month). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Subscription credits renew with each billing cycle and unused cycle credits do not roll over.
Credit packs ($5.99 for 10, $12.99 for 25, $27.99 for 60) are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire. One credit develops one photo; a failed generation does not consume a credit. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.
Photogenic is for generating photos of yourself. You must own or have the right to use the reference photos you provide, and they must depict you. You agree not to use the service to impersonate another person, to mislead in ways that cause harm, or to violate any law or platform policy. Dating platforms have their own photo rules — you are responsible for how you use your generated photos.
You retain all rights in your reference photos and, to the extent permitted by law, in the AI photos generated from them. We claim no ownership of either. You grant us the limited license needed to process your reference for each generation you request.
Generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure and may occasionally be slow or unavailable; failed renders never cost a credit. We may update scenes, pricing for new purchases, and features. We may suspend use that violates these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Apple's standard EULA applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
